Really good special homemade tomato soup.
They have a great dessert selection with very reasonable prices. We (over-)enjoyed peanut butter cake, apple cobbler, and cinnamon roll.

If you have a couple of minutes to let your meal settle, walk around the back of the restaurant to see the Western Maryland Depot train station which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The old tracks are now part of the Allegheny Highlands Trail (bike trail).
The food was excellent. We had the open face roast beef sandwich which was made from hand sliced roast beef, fish sandwich, and grilled cheese. All were served hot and quickly.
We definitely want to stop here again when we can find a reason to be in the area.
