Great place for the entire family! Splash park and playgrounds (more than one) for the kids, walking/jogging/biking track for all, the Allegheny Highlands Trail connects to both ends of the park, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, VERY CLEAN public restrooms, benches, gazebos, etc...... nothing not to like. Picnic pavilions with lights, electricity, water, grills, tables all available for first come - first served or rental as well. A covered stage for performances - just a great place all the way around! Kudos to the City of Parsons!
It's a nice park that's completely free go visit. The only problem is that sometimes people rent out the pavilions to where only their group can be in them, but the ones on the far end are never rented out. There are also a plethora of playground options for kids and a higher-off-the-ground swing set for older/taller people as well.
